Do you guarantee transit times?
Transit times are estimates based on industry knowledge and trends. You can learn more about how transit time is calculated on the Results Page (see below).
While we work with vetted freight providers that can process goods in a timely manner, it's important to always remember that transit times are estimates, and delivery before a certain date isn’t guaranteed. Whenever you’re shipping, you just have to expect that delays can happen for a variety of reasons, including congestion and customs.
Although we cannot guarantee a delivery date, the transit times (lead times) listed on each Quote tile are a good estimate based on our data (take into account, the ongoing situation is adding delays to many deliveries).
