What’s included in each Freightos Terminal plan?

Freightos Terminal offers three main plan types: Free, Individual Starter, and Enterprise. The right plan depends on how many lanes you want to track, how much historical data you need, and whether you need advanced tools like exports, benchmarking, or index linking.


Free plan

The Free plan is a good starting point if you want basic visibility into the market.


It includes:

  • 2 ocean lanes (FBX)

  • 2 air lanes (FAX)

  • 3 months of historical data

  • Limited Key Events access

  • Main dashboard access

  • Index Linking

  • One sample lane in My Routes


With the Free plan, your selected lanes are fixed after signup and can’t be changed.


Individual Starter plans

Individual Starter plans are built for single users who want more lane coverage and more historical context.


There are two options:

  • Individual Starter Ocean

  • Individual Starter Air


Each Starter plan includes:

  • 6 months of historical data

  • Up to 12 lanes

  • Top 3 Key Events

  • 1 user seat

  • In-app live chat support

  • Index Linking


Individual Starter Ocean

Best for users focused on ocean freight data and ocean lane monitoring.


Individual Starter Air

Best for users focused on air freight data and air lane monitoring.


Enterprise plan

Enterprise is designed for teams that need broader coverage, more flexibility, and advanced workflows.


Enterprise plans include:

  • Custom historical coverage

  • Custom lane limits

  • Full Key Events access

  • Index Linking

  • Unlimited seats

  • Dedicated account management


Depending on your package, Enterprise can also include advanced features like:

  • Exports

  • API access

  • Rate Benchmarking

  • Additional custom capabilities
