How do I change my credit card?

You can change your credit card in 2 ways:

1. On the billing page. To navigate there, log-in to your Freightos.com account, click on the icon on the top right corner of the page and select 'Billing' on the drop down menu.

Once on the billing page, click 'Pay' when you have payments due as shown below:

2. Email our finance team at finops@freightos.com. Make sure you add the shipment number to the subject line.
