How do I dispute an AutoPay payment?
All Shipment Cost Adjustment emails include a link to a dispute form.
You can also initiate a dispute on Freightos by opening the Shipment Charges tab in your shipment and clicking the link under Dispute? in the Shipment Cost Adjustments box.
All payment disputes must be filed within five business days.
