What is AutoPay?

AutoPay is our hassle-free payment processing method that allows you to save your credit card information to your account.

This means that if your shipment incurs any cost adjustments, we can automatically bill your credit card once payment is due. We can also credit your credit card if you’re entitled to a refund.

We’ll always notify you about any adjustments so that there are no surprises, but please ask your forwarder or broker about any changes or charges that don’t look right.

If you would rather submit payment rather than having it be taken care of automatically, go to your “Billing” tab where you’ll see any outstanding payments.
