How to create new Users ?
Creating Users in Freightos PROCURE
Adding new users or team members to Freightos PROCURE is a quick and straightforward process. This guide walks you through the simplest method: cloning an existing user.
Recommended Method: Cloning a user automatically copies all pre-existing role permissions, saving time and ensuring consistent access settings.
How to Create a User by Cloning
- Navigate to the User Management tab on the left-hand navigation panel.
- Locate the user you want to use as a template, right-click on their row, and select Clone.
- Fill in all mandatory fields marked in bold with an asterisk (e.g., Confirm Password *).
Password Requirements
Ensure the password meets the platform's security criteria:
- Length: Minimum 8 characters.
- Complexity: Must include a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Example:GoldFish#8
Finalizing Setup
- Once all required fields are completed, click Save.
- Share the generated login credentials and password directly with the new user so they can sign in.
