How to mass update users

If you have groups of users that you want to update in one go, you can use the mass update feature on Freightos for Forwarders. To use this, go to Settings, then Users, then select Mass update from the drop-down menu.

There are 3 sections which represent different ways in which you can update users: General information, Privileges, Default Values.

Within the General Information section, you can assign branches, local charge profiles, assign IATA codes and activate eBookings for all users in your company that are registered on Freightos for Forwarders. In privileges, you can manage which tools all users have access to. Bear in mind that the tools shown will differ from pack to pack.

The third and final section is used for assigning Default values.

Here you can update all of your users and set things like default airports, default currency, default airlines and more. Click on any of the options, and you will be able to specify what the default option should be.

Click Save whenever you have made any changes.
