Once your shipments are underway, the Shipment Management page on Freightos.com gives you a centralized view of everything you need: status updates, actions required, tracking, messages, billing, and more.
At the top of the page, you’ll see a map displaying all in-process shipments.
For air shipments, you’ll see airport arrivals and departures.
For ocean shipments, you can track ship locations (note: map placement is approximate).
Click on any shipment for more details, or hide the map if you prefer a cleaner view.
Customize your view by:
Sorting or filtering shipments based on status or other info
Searching quickly for a specific shipment
If an action is required (like missing documents or approvals), you’ll see a clear alert in the Status section.
Once your shipment is confirmed, you can message the logistics provider directly from the shipment page.
Use it for updates, changes, or charge confirmations
Get notified by email if you prefer, and reply directly or log in to respond
Note: With providers across global time zones, responses might not be instant. Think of Messenger as a shared conversation thread, not live chat. We do track response times to help keep things timely.

Click into the Billing tab within any shipment to view:
A full breakdown of your charges (initial quote + any cost changes)
Pro forma and final invoices
Dispute options for unexpected charges
Payment options—including auto-pay setup for convenience
You can export shipment data into a CSV file if you need to share or analyze offline.
