What is Freightos.com's role after I book my shipment?

After you book and fill in your shipment details and submit your payment, we pass on your booking to your chosen forwarder and they set the shipment in process. You can follow the status of your shipment on the Shipments page.

Freightos.com also acts as a collection agent for the freight providers, so we are authorized to collect payment on their behalf.

If you have any questions about your shipment, message your provider through your Shipments page. If you need help with anything, you can also contact us through the chat icon at the bottom of any page.
