Submitting Quotes in Subsequent Rounds (Round 2+)
When participating in Round 2 (or later rounds) of an RfQ tender, reusing a rate sheet from a previous round will cause a submission error. Follow these guidelines to ensure your submission is processed correctly.
1. Download the Round-Specific Rate Sheet
Always download the new bid sheet for the current round.
- Why? Column A (ID) contains a unique identifier for each specific event and round.
- If you upload a Round 1 sheet into a Round 2 event, the system will not recognize it as a valid quote sheet—it will process it as a standard document attachment instead.
2. How to Re-submit or Update Your Rates
- No Changes Needed? If you want to keep your rates as they were, you can simply click Submit without Changes.
- Updating Rates? If you want to reuse your Round 1 rates with minor edits:
- Download the new quote sheet for the current round.
- Copy and paste your lane data from the previous sheet into the new sheet.
- Do not overwrite Column A (ID) in the new sheet.
3. Withdrawing Lanes from Your Quote
If you previously uploaded and validated a set of lanes, but now want to remove/withdraw some of them in a new upload:
- Click the Trash Bin (Reset) icon before uploading your updated rate sheet.
- Upload your modified file.
Important: If you do not click the reset icon before re-uploading, the system will retain your previously validated lanes in the system. To remove unwanted lanes fully, always reset first!
