Applying for credit terms

You may qualify for credit if your business meets the following criteria:

1. Located in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada
2. Has a high credit score
3. Established before 2022

To apply for credit through Freightos.com, follow these steps:

1. Select "Apply for credit" at the top of any page on our website.

2. Complete the application form.

After submitting your application, you can expect to receive a decision on your credit approval within 2-3 business days.

Upon booking, you will receive an invoice, followed by an updated invoice for any additional fees added after your shipment is delivered. Your net 30 begins on the invoice date of each invoice.

Please also note:

  • Duties are not included in your credit terms.

  • Freightos does not accept payments by check.

  • Reference your shipment number in the transfer details.

  • Violating credit terms may have implications on your credit line.
