Does Freightos.com offer credit terms?
We understand the importance of credit terms to support business growth and are pleased to offer them to qualifying companies.
Currently, we provide credit to businesses based in the US, UK, or Canada with established credit scores of either A or B (certain exceptions may apply for companies with a positive payment history on Freightos.com).
If you meet these criteria, select "Apply for credit" at the top of any page on our website and fill out the online credit application form. For a step-by-step guide of how to apply for credit as well as qualifying criteria, please click here.
We will make a credit decision within 2-3 business days of you submitting a credit application.
You will then receive a credit decision letter either specifying your credit limit and payment terms or rejecting your application.
If your application is rejected, you may reapply after three months.
