How do I push marketplace booking data into my TMS?
When you book a new shipment on Freightos.com, your forwarder receives an email notification. You’ll also receive a copy of the email and you can use it to push the booking data into your TMS.
This HTML email includes:
A direct link to the Shipment page on Freightos.com
All documents provided by the Buyer as attachments (eg, commercial invoices, labels, etc.)
A CSV file attachment that includes all the information required to handle the shipment
Below is a sample email notification sent immediately after a new shipment is booked on Freightos.com.
Only one email is sent per shipment The email subject is always: "New {Mode} Shipment #SXXXXXXXXXXXX". Each email includes one CSV file in addition to all documents provided by the Buyer. The CSV file name will always be #SXXXXXXXXXXXX.csv (similar to the value in the email subject)
The CSV File Structure
The CSV file holds the entire shipment data organized in the following structure:

Load | The number, size, and weight of boxes/pallets /containers in a shipment (provided by the Buyer in imperial or metric system). | Multiple items are separated by a vertical bar ( | ) |
