After customers have selected a rate, they will be redirected to the Booking Summary page. This page summarizes the chosen quote and provides detailed information about the entire shipment, including main leg and local charges, pickup and delivery fees, and other important details.

The itinerary section displays the route selected along with the origin and destination, transit time, flight numbers, airport codes, and the final delivery address.

This page includes vital information, including the amount due, operational time, shipment details, load information, and cancellation policy. Customers can expand each section by clicking on it to access more detailed information.

If they select Show quote breakdown, they can view a comprehensive breakdown of all the fees associated with their shipment. This detailed breakdown provides a clear overview of the various charges related to the shipment.

Sellers can upload a range of AWB stock for customers and will be notified when the stock of AWBs is low. Enterprise customers must also include their internal authorization number for reference purposes and booking approval.

To complete an eBooking, customers must carefully review all the provided information to ensure its accuracy. Once the details have been verified, they click on the Book this shipment button.

If they select a dynamic rate with the airline, the booking confirmation typically takes a few minutes to an hour. However, if they choose a static rate from a seller, the confirmation process may take a few hours until the seller accepts it and begins the process.

Once the booking is confirmed, the status of the shipment will be updated to Confirmed, and all relevant parties will be notified. Until then, the status will be shown as Booked. For more information about Shipment Status, click here.

After a successful booking, customers will be redirected to the Shipment tab. This enables them to view a booked shipment along with its various statuses.
