To see the details of a specific shipment, click the Manage Shipments tab. Then click Shipments. Clicking on the Shipment Name takes you into the shipment itself. Clicking anywhere else opens up a side panel with a summary of the shipment.
As mentioned, if you click the Shipment Name you will see the detailed information about that shipment, including status updates, required actions, documentation, communications, and the activity log.
To edit Shipment tracking, click the pencil on the right side of the page. To edit the itinerary, click the pencil at the bottom of the page under Itinerary. To learn more about the segment statuses under the itinerary section click here.

Note: The booking ID is shared between customer and seller and can be used when communicating. The Shipment ID is unique to the seller, so should not be shared with the customer.
To see the Revenue and Cost of the shipment as well as apply any cost adjustments if necessary, sellers click on the bookings tab where they will see an Apply cost adjustment button.
If clicked, a side panel will appear where sellers can add all relevant details needed to apply a cost adjustment to a shipment. All cost adjustments will show in the booking tab.
