The activity log keeps a comprehensive record of all actions and changes made to the shipment, ensuring a transparent history of events and updates.
To find the activity log, navigate to Manage Shipments in the header menu, then click on the name of the relevant Shipment, and you’ll see ‘Activity Logs’ on the far right tab of the page.
Customers can filter events based on their start or end dates, different categories, and the person who uploaded them. This makes it easy to find and view specific events.
