How do I upload documents to a shipment 2026

The document management section contains documents related to the shipment, including commercial invoices, MSDS, and more.

All uploaded documents (whether uploaded by the buyer or seller) will be shared with both parties, and documents can be viewed and downloaded by both parties from this Documents tab.

If an uploaded document is in Excel or Word format, it will download when clicked on. PDFs and images can be previewed before being downloaded. All uploaded documents can also be viewed on the activity log.

To provide information to the seller, customers need to click Upload document to submit the required documents or data from the list below.

The following documents are predefined:

  • Commercial invoice
  • Export license
  • Labels
  • MSDS
  • Packing list
  • Power of attorney (POA)
  • Other

Any document can be uploaded as ‘Other’, as long as it is less than 7MB and is in a supported format:

  • MS Word
  • MS Excel
  • Pdf
  • Image (JPEG, GIF, PNG)
