Who fulfils my shipment after I place an order?
When you place an order on Feightos.com, your chosen provider is responsible for fulfilling all of the services you have ordered. The provider will handle all aspects of the shipment, including logistics and delivery. You can request a Proof of Delivery (POD) document from the freight forwarder after your goods have been received as verification of shipment.
Any communication with the provider, as well as the sharing of information and documents, takes place securely within the Feightos.com platform.
