Which documents do I need for shipping?

For international shipments, you’ll need the documents that we explain in this video.

You also need to upload the commercial invoice and POA or power of attorney, if you’re shipping to the US before your shipment is released to the forwarder. At this stage, the packing list is optional and you only need the POA for US shipments. Explore our Help Center for more expert guidance on shipping.

Once your shipment has been released, your forwarder might ask you for other documents - such as a packing list - to ensure correct delivery.
