How do I reset my password
If you have lost or forgotten your WebCargo password, it's easy enough to reset it. Watch the below video to find out how to do this.

1. First, head to the webcargonet.com
2. Click on the Forgot your password link, located underneath the password box.
3. Enter the email address for the password you want to reset. Then click Send.
4. Go to your email inbox and find the email that was sent. Make sure to check your junk email folder too, as sometimes they can be redirected here. Within the email, you'll find a link to reset your password.
5. Click on the link to reset your password. You'll be taken to a page to enter a new password. bear in mind that your password must contain at least 1 capital letter, 1 number and must be at least 8 characters.
6. Click Send. You'll be taken to webcargonet.com where you can log in with your new password.
