If you are a client in the United States, you can now set your user preferences for whether you’re shipping domestically or internationally. Find out how you can do this within this article.
Firstly, click on the New eBooking tab. Then look for the button which states Preferences which can be found to the right, underneath the Goods Type dropdown.

Once clicked, a pop-out side menu will appear. Here you can set your weight and dimension preferences for International or Domestic shipments.

Set your preferences for either one, then click Save.

Your preferences will now be saved for the next time you make a search from airport to airport for domestic flights (e.g. JFK - ORD) or international flights (e.g. ORD - MAD).

When you make a change from a domestic route to an international route you will receive an on-screen message stating that your preferences have been automatically changed to your preferred setup.

This will also be reflected in the weight and dimensions measurements if you have set them.
If you want to reset your preference settings at any point, click on the Preferences button once more and then click on Restore default options at the bottom of the side pop-out, then click Save again.

Your preferences will then revert to their original state.
