Resolving shipping issues: who to contact and how
Dealing with a problem with your shipment can be frustrating, but there are steps you can take to resolve the issue quickly. The first step is to reach out to your shipping provider directly. The best way to do this is by using the messenger function on Freightos.com.
This function is accessible on the shipment page once you have booked a shipment. Forwarders should respond within the next business day (or overnight if they’re based in China). If you don’t hear from them by the end of the next business day, please let our Customer Success team (Chat with Freightos support) for follow-up.
