Understanding a logistics provider's right to reject or cancel a shipment
As a shipper, it's important to understand the circumstances under which a logistics provider can reject or cancel a shipment. In general, these actions can only be taken under specific conditions:
1. Unforeseeable circumstances, such as force majeure, make it impossible for the provider to physically carry out the shipment.
2. Your shipment falls outside of our scope of service or they are unable to meet a specific service request.
3. You fail to meet the provider's legal compliance requirements for Know Your Customer (KYC).
