Can I cancel my shipment?

According to the Freightos.com Standard Operating Procedure, you have the option to cancel your shipment and receive a full refund, as long as the forwarder has not processed it yet.

To cancel your shipment, go to the Shipments page, click on the specific shipment on the "My Shipments" page, and then click the "Cancel Shipment" button.

If the shipment process has already started, you may be charged for reasonable documented costs, and the remaining balance will be refunded to you. In this case, you cannot cancel the shipment yourself and should contact your forwarder directly.

To request cancellation, send a cancellation request to your forwarder through the Shipment page messenger. Once they confirm and cancel the shipment, we will be notified to process your refund.

Please note that it usually takes 3-7 business days for the refunded funds to appear in your account.
