What is a service contract?

A service contract is a business agreement between you and your shipment provider. If your carrier requires you to sign one, the Freightos Operations Team will be in touch with you after you book your shipment.

Once signed and submitted, you will not be allowed to revise or cancel your shipment. If you choose not to sign it, you can cancel your order subject to the Freightos.com Terms of Service for Sellers.
