Rating your shipment

Thanks for offering to leave a review. To rate your shipment experience, please follow these steps:

Two days after your shipment is marked as delivered on your "Shipments" tab on Freightos.com, you will receive an email from do-not-reply@freightos.com with a link to submit a rating. Simply click on the stars to begin.

If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.

You will also have the option to rate your experience using Freightos.com once you've reviewed the freight forwarder.

If you would like to update your review after submission, please email success@freightos.com.
