What is Veem and how do I use it on Freightos.com?
If you’re based in the US, you can pay for your shipment via Veem. Veem is an online payment system that makes it easy to transfer money.
To pay for your shipment through Veem for the first time, you’ll need to sign up first, which you can do here.
Signing up before booking means all the shipment details, such as the number, amount to be paid, purpose of payment, and recipient will be prefilled - saving you the hassle of having to fill it in.
For subsequent payments, you just need to make sure you’re logged in before hitting the “Bank transfer by Veem” button.
If you use Veem, your order will be processed once payment is received and your shipment is verified.
Please be aware that you can’t use the Veem integration for any additional payments on your shipment (ie duties or cost adjustments). However, you can log in directly to Veem and then use it to pay for any extra fees.
