You can find your load dimensions (size and weight) on the packing list from your supplier.
You’ll get the most accurate Quote results if you calculate your load by boxes/pallets. To do so, enter the weight and dimensions of each individual box, crate, or pallet in your shipment and we'll calculate the load for you.

Make sure you pay close attention to the units of measurement (e.g, CM vs. IN, KG vs. LB) when entering your dimensions.
If you decide to calculate by total shipment, your Quote may not be as accurate, and you could be charged increased shipping costs later on.
Whether you used exact dimensions or gave an estimate, your cargo will be measured before loading with the carrier and the actual measurements will be listed on the Bill of Lading (BOL).
You'll see a refund or extra charge on your Shipment page within 14 days of delivery if there were any changes.
Be aware that your forwarder might not know about the dimensions adjustment until after departure, so it's best to confirm these details with the supplier one more time before the shipment departs.
