How will I know if the dimensions I entered aren't accurate?

When you're shipping something, it's important to give the right measurements. But sometimes the numbers you give might not be accurate or things might change.

While your forwarder might remeasure your cargo, in most cases, remeasuring is only done when the shipment is loaded into the vessel or plane.

In these cases, your forwarder won’t know about any dimensions adjustments until after departure.

If there are changes from your original booking, you'll see new charges on your shipment page. It's important to check for these changes and let your forwarder know if there are any discrepancies.
