Firstly, navigate to the New eBooking tab by clicking on the side menu, then New, then New eBooking.

From here, you can enter your origin and destination airport, your desired departure date, and your commodity type.

Underneath these sections, you will find a section called Shipment details. To the right-hand side of this section, you will see a button which states Autofill units.

If you have your cargo weight and dimensions to hand, click on this box.

How to upload your cargo details using a file

To upload your cargo details using a file upload (file formats supported are xls, xlsx, and csv) click on the File tab. You'll first need to download and fill in the file with your shipment weight and dimensions. Click on the Download our shipment details template to do this.

Within the file, you'll find the corresponding column names to fill in. Fill in the corresponding columns.

Simply fill in the different units, weights, and dimensions, save the file to your device, and return to the page to upload the file. Click on the Upload button, select your file, and upload. The system should then automatically populate the information into the box.

How to upload your cargo details manually

To upload your cargo weight and dimensions manually, click on the Text tab, then either enter your cargo weight and dimensions or, if you are copying from an email or otherwise, simply paste the information into the box.

Make sure the format in the description is followed to ensure the autofill option works correctly, then click on Autofill.

Your weight and dimensions should now populate correctly into the form to make it easier and quicker for you to search for live rates and capacity.
