How do I pay customs on Amazon shipments?
All Amazon FBA shipments must be cleared by customs before delivery otherwise they will be rejected at the Amazon warehouse.

The exception is if you’re shipping Express/courier. In these cases, your carrier handles customs. You should coordinate customs clearance and payment of duties and taxes with the logistics provider and make sure your Express label is marked DDP (delivered duty paid).
