How do I track my shipment?
To track the progress of your shipment, simply visit your Shipment Page.
The forwarder will regularly update the page with important milestones such as pickup, port departure, port arrival, and final delivery.
If you have any questions or need further updates, you can easily communicate with the forwarder directly through the chat feature.
For Express or LTL shipments, you can also use the carrier's tracking system by entering the tracking number provided on your Shipment Page. This allows you to have an additional way of monitoring your shipment's status and location."
You can also configure the Shipment page so it shows you the information you want, in the way you want to see it.
