How do I track my specific routes?

“My Routes” lets you save and track the exact ocean and air routes you care about - port to port and airport to airport - with daily rates, transit times, and lane‑level updates in one place.

Where to find My Routes

Open Terminal and select My Routes from the left sidebar.

Who can use My Routes?

Free plan: If you click on My Routes, you’ll see one sample lane you can explore - but you can’t add your own routes.

Paid plans: Increased access to My Routes enabling you to add your own port pairs and manage them in one place.

How to add routes (two ways)

Please note this is only available for paid plans.

1. Import a spreadsheet:

  • Click Import.

  • Download the sample template.

  • Fill in the required fields (follow the template’s instructions) and upload to add routes in bulk.

2. Add manually:

  • Click the folder icon (bottom left) to create a section, name it, and save.

  • Select the new section, then choose Add New Trade Lane.

  • Enter route details (origin, destination, mode, weight break if relevant) and save.

What you’ll see on My Routes

  • Daily rates with full pricing spread (including minimum, maximum, and average pricing)

  • Transit times (down to day/hour granularity)

  • Lane‑level updates for your saved routes

Tips

  • Use clear naming (e.g., “Asia → US West Coast”) to group routes.

  • Bulk import is best for 10+ routes; manual works well for quick adds.

  • Need to edit or delete a route? Open the route menu (three dots) and choose Edit or Remove.

  • Exports are available on Enterprise plans.
