How is the credit evaluation conducted?
To ensure that we can accurately evaluate your creditworthiness, we review both your credit application and your shipping history through Freightos.com. When you fill out the application, we require two business references and one bank reference.
Your business references should ideally be your suppliers, as they can provide us with information about your business relations over at least a six-month period. It's important to inform your references of their role in the process and make sure that they're able and willing to provide us with the information we need to assess your creditworthiness.
Once we receive your application, we'll reach out to your references with a questionnaire that they must complete before we can move forward with your application.
