here.When searching for static rates, you may have specific client profiles that you want to apply sales conditions to. You can select specific conditions that are applied to rate searches, depending on weight breaks, services and more without having to enter this information every time.
Find out in this article how you can manage and add your client profile information.
1. Add Sales Profile
Firstly, navigate to Settings, then Clients, then select Profiles from the drop-down.

You should now be able to see all previous sales profiles that have been created. In order to add a new sales profile, click on the + symbol.

Add the Profile name, any special codes associated with the profile, the local charge profile it should be associated with and if it belongs to any pre-existing profiles. Then click Save.
This sales profile should now be available to attribute to the clients of your choice.
2. Assign sales profile to client
Head to Settings, Clients and select Clients from the dropdown. Then click on the + symbol to add a new client, or edit an existing one by clicking on the pen and paper symbol to the right of their information column, or from the Group column and selecting the newly added option from the drop-down.

If adding a new client, enter all of the information and when selecting a Group make sure to select the newly added profile from the drop-down.
