Using WebCargo’s What you see tool, you can download airline rate information from the system, selecting to show those that are up-to-date, expiring soon, or that have expired already.
Find out in this article how you can use this tool.
To download airline rate information from the WebCargo system go to Tools, then click on the sub-tab What you see. Here you can see all rate information currently available in the system, as well as being able to filter out whether they have expired, are expiring soon, or are still up-to-date.
Select the type of rate you want to see (General, Promo, or contract rates) and the status as Up-to-date, so you download all current live rates.
Click on the Excel symbol to download a complete report of all the rates. Once the file has been downloaded, open it. All the airline rates from the country you’re downloading from will be visible.
