How to duplicate quote information
Using WebCargo’s static rate tool for quoting, you can choose to duplicate previously created static quote information. This information is then populated into a new quote to save you the time of entering the information again.
This feature is only available for Professional and Enterprise pack types.

1. Search for the existing quote
Find your quotations by clicking on the Air tab, then on the Quoting sub-tab. To find specific quotes, use the filters at the top of the page to narrow down your search. Search by User, Group, Client, Origin, Destination, and the Valid to and from dates.
Once you’ve selected your parameters, click the Search button.
Alternatively, you can scroll down the list to find your most recent quotes. By default, quotes are shown in chronological order.
Tip: if the quotation you’re looking for was created by another user, select the show quotations from other users button. This will include these rates in the results.
2. Duplicating your quote information
Once you have found the existing quote, you can start the duplication process. On the far right-hand side of the quote, you’ll find three dots.
Click on them. A menu of options will appear. Click on Duplicate.
Once Duplicate is clicked, select which attributes you want to keep from the quotation information, including freight rates, expired rates, terms and conditions, local charges, local charge notes, and customer details.
You can also choose to change the route of the quotation so that the details are filled in, but with a different origin and destination.
Important: if you are shipping to a different customer and want to keep the rest of the quote the same apart from the customer details, deselect the Keep customer details box. This will make sure any local charge information and specific customer details are removed from the search options.
Once you have chosen the information you want to include in the duplicate, click Create.
You will then be redirected to the Air tab. You’ll see that all previous quote information has been populated into the static rate search form. You can now make a new search for rates using the information from the duplicated quote.
