How to use Taza Pay to top up your balance

To allow customers to pay in their local currency, we are always looking for ways to integrate different systems to make this possible. Through a direct integration with Taza Pay, customers who are in Vietnam can now top up their wallet balance and make eBookings using WebCargo Pay in their local currency.

Important: To use Taza Pay, you must be registered with a WebCargo Pay account with Qatar Airways Cargo and be logged into an account set up from Vietnam to pay with VND. Bear in mind that you will be charged in USD for eBookings, but you will top up in VND. The conversion is automatically done by Taza Pay.

To top up using this feature, click on the Billing tab. Then click on the option to Top up.

After clicking, a side menu will appear with an option to add more funds to your account. Enter how much to top up and select Pay in real time.

Important: as shown in the above image, a 1% fee will be taken when using the Taza Pay method. The fee will be deducted once the money sent reaches your account. Therefore, if you deposit 1000USD, when it is visible in your account, you will have $9900 in total.

Click on Top up located to the bottom right-hand corner of the side menu pop-up.

You’ll be redirected to the Taza Pay website, where you can review the amount requested to top up your account, as well as the live conversion rate for VND to USD.

Select to transfer the funds via bank transfer (card top-ups will be coming soon). You will then be shown a QR code to scan to transfer the funds or scroll down to confirm the transfer by clicking the button.

Scanning the QR code will allow you to send funds through your banking platform. You will be able to view the bank’s account number of the bank in case the QR code scanning does not work.

After you have successfully deposited your funds, you will receive an on-screen message stating Payment complete. Then, you will be redirected to the WebCargo website.

Once you have landed on the WebCargo website, you will receive a message at the top of the screen stating, if successfully deposited, that the funds have been added to your account.

Please wait a couple of minutes for the funds to appear in your account. If they do not appear, please refresh your screen. Your balance should increase based on the amount deposited.
