Through a direct integration with Juspay, our payments partner in India, customers located in India can now top up their wallet balance and make eBookings using WebCargo Pay in their local currency.

To top up using this feature, expand the side menu by moving your mouse towards the left-hand side of the screen and select Payments.

Then click on the option to Top up.

After clicking, a side menu will appear with an option to add more funds to your account. Enter how much to top up and select Pay in real time.

Important: as shown in the message, a 1% fee will be taken when using Juspay. The fee will be deducted once the money sent reaches your account.

Click on Top up located in the bottom right-hand corner of the side menu pop-up.

You’ll be redirected to the following page, where you can review the amount requested to top up your account.

Once you’ve reviewed the amount, click on the Pay button. On the next page, select the account number and click on Confirm order.

Finally, complete the payment through your bank to the account provided. Once this is done, click on I have completed the payment.

Once you have made the deposit successfully and the amount has been received by the bank, your available funds will be visible under your Wallet balance.

Your balance should increase based on the amount deposited. Click on the Transactions tab to see the different kinds of transactions you’ve made.
