Where can I see my outstanding balance?
You can download a complete account statement on the Billing page by clicking on your name and then “Billing.”
You’ll then see a complete rundown of your payment statuses.
Click on the down arrow to download individual proforma invoices or click the “Export csv” button to export all of your payment statuses to an Excel file.
To pay any outstanding balances, go to the Shipment Charges tab on your Shipment page. You can access this by either clicking the Shipment icon at the top of the screen or by clicking on your name and then choosing the Shipments tab.
