Freightos.com doesn’t offer customs brokerage services. Instead, we’ve integrated with Clearit USA, a digital customs broker, to provide a smoother online customs experience.
If you’re importing into the United States through Freightos.com, you can choose different Sellers for different shipments, but Clearit will always be the broker handling your customs clearance.
This means that you can easily switch between Sellers while keeping a broker who is familiar with your customs classifications and other customs needs/certifications.
This also means that you won’t need to sign multiple Power of Attorney (POA) forms or move the annual bond number between different brokers. That’s because Clearit will already have your POA and bond information on file, making it faster to book your shipment.
