Logging in to your account is straightforward. You'll need the email and phone number you provided when filling out your Power of Attorney (POA) form.
These details will serve as your login credentials - the email for your username and the phone number for your password.
Once you've logged in, you will be notified about any outstanding requests or actions necessary to advance your shipment. This allows you to respond swiftly and reduce any potential delays. You can also submit documents directly on the platform, making the process even more streamlined.
After all requests have been addressed and your documents successfully submitted, you'll be directed to your specific tickets. Each shipment is associated with a unique ticket, making it easier for you to track the status of your shipments and stay updated on their progress.
