Getting to know WebCargo

Welcome to WebCargo! The perfect platform for you to build airfreight quotes, get access and book with live airline rates and capacity, and set you apart from the competition.

In this introductory article, you'll find some key features which will help you get started with navigating around the platform.


The WebCargo Toolbar

The WebCargo toolbar is located on the left-hand side of the page. Click on New to access the quoting tool for dynamic (New eBooking) and static rates (New Rate & Quote).

With dynamic rates, you can access bookable airline rates and capacity and with static rates you can create quotations for your customer using static airline rates from the search results.

Click on the WebCargo logo on the top left-hand side to return to the main homepage.

Discover your static rate quotations, live eBookings, and Payment information under the Shipment section, under the Rates section manage and compare various rates and pricing options, under the Analytics section find out statistics and analytics related to your static and dynamic quotations, and finally manage user information, preferences and access tools in the General section.

New eBooking

Freight is moving fast and so are we. With the New Booking tab, you can search for dynamic prices and view live capacity from different airlines, allowing you to book in a matter of clicks. The future of booking shipments is here - and it's fast. To see how easy it really is, take a look at this video.

New Rate & Quote

Easily search and compare with static airline rates using the New rate and quote buttonwhich can be found under the New section of the side menu.

Enter your origin and destination and weight and dimension information, then click Search all rates to get all available options to quote with.

​eBooking log

Find your secured, pending and cancelled eBookings in one place within the Shipment section and clicking on eBookings.

Handy tools

Click on the Tools section to access features like AWB management, Bookmarks for dynamic rates, and tracking capabilities. Bear in mind that you will see different options based on what pack type you have.

Rate management 

Keeping the cogs moving is important. Many of the WebCargo Rate & Quote Air's classic functions can be found under the Rate management section. These include Local charges, Sales profiles, Services, Mainleg information, and other tools such as Rate sharing for static rates, eBooking delegation and more.
