How to select a branch when making a quote

How to select a branch when making a quote

First of all, make sure that you have granted access, or have access to multiple branches under your account. If you’re unsure how to do that, read our article here.

  1. Navigate to Air tab

First, open gthe side menu, click on New then select New Air Rate & Quote. This is where you can search rates with airlines, add your weight and dimensions, or create a quote.

2. Select branch from dropdown

Once you have arrived at this part, and are filling in your information, firstly click on the Extra information button. This will open a new section where you can add different filters, including one called Branch. Select the Branch you would like to link to the quote.

That’s it, all you need to do now is click Search all rates to view all relevant rates. Great work!

Not able to access branches? Contact a member of our team now by clicking on the chat bubble in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. We’ll talk you through how you can get these on your account.
