Managing Late Submissions (Lock/Unlock Suppliers)
This feature allows you to accommodate late submissions from selected suppliers without reopening the entire tender process.
For expired RfQs, RfIs, and SPOTs, you can manually grant or revoke access for individual or multiple suppliers at any time.
How to Unlock a Supplier (Grant Late Access)
- Navigate to the completed tender.
- Locate the supplier you want to grant access to.
- Choose one of the following methods:
- Click the Lock/Unlock button next to the supplier's entry.
- Right-click the supplier's entry and select Unlock from the context menu.
What happens next?
- The lock icon next to the supplier's name will update to show an unlocked state.
- The system will automatically notify the supplier via email that they can now submit their quote.
How to Relock a Supplier (Revoke Access)
To revoke late submission permissions, follow the same steps:
- Click the Lock/Unlock button again, OR
- Right-click the supplier and select Lock from the context menu.
Unlocking or Locking Multiple Suppliers Simultaneously
(Available for RfQ, Spot v1, and RfI)
To save time, you can update the lock status for multiple suppliers at once:
- Select multiple suppliers that share the current lock status.
- Apply the Lock/Unlock action (via button or right-click menu).
- A confirmation dialog will appear to prevent accidental bulk changes. Click Confirm.

⚠️ Note on Processing Times: Notification emails are automatically sent to both the shipper and the LSP for every affected supplier. Processing large bulk actions may take a few minutes (e.g., 2–3 minutes for 80 suppliers) before the confirmation dialog closes.
