How will I know about any additional charges?

If there are any differences in your shipment details between the time you book and the time your order is picked up (i.e. the shipment weighs more than you indicated) you must pay the difference.

You’ll also be notified of any additional charges (e.g. duties) on your Shipment page as they happen and you’ll need to pay for them as soon as they are incurred.
