If you’re shipping from/to a port, you’ll need to check if your supplier/delivery agent is taking care of the origin charges. These which may include the AMS fee, CFS fee, export customs clearance and origin document fee. You also need to make sure who is paying the destination charges.

Depending on your agreement with them, you can either include or exclude these charges from your Quote.

This option only shows if the origin/destination type is a port. If you’re shipping door-to-door, the charges are automatically included.
